Welcome to Little Sage. Little Sage is a product owned and operated by Zero To Build LLC ("Zero To Build," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our app, website, and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") with Zero To Build LLC. Please read them carefully.

1. Company and Product Relationship

Little Sage is a product, trade name, brand, and service of Zero To Build LLC. Any references to "Little Sage" in these Terms refer to the Service provided by Zero To Build LLC. Your agreement is with Zero To Build LLC, not with any individual founder, owner, member, manager, officer, employee, contractor, or agent personally.

2. Eligibility

Little Sage is designed for parents and caregivers of babies and toddlers. By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

3. Use of the Service

  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • You agree to use Little Sage only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify the Service without our permission.
  • You may not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unsafe purpose.

4. Wardrobe Content

By uploading wardrobe items, photos, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and grant Zero To Build LLC a limited license to store, process, analyze, display, and otherwise use it solely to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Service, including outfit suggestions and related features.

You retain all ownership rights to your content.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Little Sage offers free and paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's terms of sale in addition to these Terms.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided by us.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled directly by Apple under Apple's App Store refund policies. Zero To Build LLC does not process or issue App Store refunds.
  • Changes: We may change subscription pricing or features. If prices change, Apple may notify you before renewal and provide an opportunity to cancel where required.

6. Affiliate Links and Commissions

Little Sage may include affiliate links within outfit suggestions, such as "Shop This Look." If you purchase through these links, Zero To Build LLC may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Retailers and affiliate partners are independent third parties.

7. No Medical or Safety Advice

Little Sage is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health, safety, temperature-regulation, or emergency advice. Outfit suggestions are for informational and convenience purposes only.

You are solely responsible for deciding what your child wears and for monitoring your child's comfort, safety, health, and environment. Always use your own judgment and consult your pediatrician or qualified health provider with any questions about your child's health or safety.

8. Third-Party Products and Services

The Service may reference weather data, retailers, clothing items, affiliate partners, payment processors, analytics providers, subscription tools, or other third-party products and services. Zero To Build LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party products, services, availability, pricing, policies, recommendations, purchases, deliveries, returns, data practices, or content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

  • Outfit suggestions will always be accurate, suitable, complete, or error-free.
  • Weather, activity, sizing, fabric, layering, comfort, or safety information will fit your child's specific circumstances.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, available, or free of bugs, viruses, or harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero To Build LLC, Little Sage, and their affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, health outcomes, clothing damage, product defects, third-party purchases, service interruptions, or other losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Zero To Build LLC and the Little Sage Service for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Zero To Build LLC for the Service in the three months before the claim arose or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zero To Build LLC, Little Sage, and their affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
